A: Ocean Pointe Suites is a facility that is built and operated as a destination resort that utilizes the condominium form of ownership and offers an on-site full service rental/hotel program to its unit owners and guests.

Q: What services are provided?
A: Services include, but are not limited to: hotel administration staffing, front desk reception, check-ins and check-outs, accounting, reservations, housekeeping, laundry, limited service restaurant and bar, private marina with boat ramp, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and 24-hour security.

Q: Is participation in the Rental Hotel Program mandatory?
A: Participation is voluntary, but the facility is designed for transient use as a destination resort facility with its many guest amenities.

Q: If I join the rental program, are there any limits to my personal use of the unit?
A: Owner can occupy the Unit at any time by reserving such period(s) of occupancy through hotel management unless the unit has previously been issued to a guest.
