Sue has been a valuable member of Provident Management Corporation, since the inception of the company in 1976.  Sue, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, along with the other principles of Provident, was one of the first 2,500 statewide to be licensed by the State of Florida as a Community Association Manager. 

During Sue’s tenure with Provident, she has been instrumental in building policies, procedures and systems of operation.  Her expertise in condo law and insurance matters has enabled her to work closely with real estate lawyers, developers, and associations alike.  Sue is regarded highly by Provident clients as the stalwart of common sense and integrity.

Sue has lived in Pinellas County, Florida since she was nine years old, and considers herself a native.  She graduated from Clearwater High School, St. Petersburg Jr. College, and from Florida State University with an Arts & Sciences degree.
