Sam B. Harp

Sam Harp has spent 11 years in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Provident, Sam spent 9 years with Starwood hotels and resorts. Sam worked for several brands with Starwood to include Westin, W and Sheraton. Positions with Starwood included Front Office Manager, Service Express Manager, Director of Housekeeping, Revenue Manager, and Director of Rooms. He has helped in 11 hotel openings most notably the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood Florida and the Westin Times Square in New York. During that time he helped design and implement training manuals and Standard Operating procedures for those properties. Sam was a master trainer for several hospitality programs with Starwood including Rhythms of Hospitality and Sheraton Service Promise. Sam also spent 4 years in the army, including 2 years in Korea.
