An energetic, result driven, industry executive with over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Carlos Márquez began his employment with Provident in 1994 and has literally traveled the globe promoting its properties.

With a hands-on management approach as a Director of Corporate Development, he is responsible for matters ranging from demographic and feasibility studies to handling day-to-day sales operations.

Carlos has successfully developed and implemented marketing plans, strategies and promotional programs to lead Provident hotels to achieve or exceed sales goals. He has been instrumental in increasing the average daily rate and occupancy with the yield and penetration indexes exceeding 100%.

Carlos resides in Orlando with his wife and family, including twin daughters.
