Provident has been engaged by NJR Resort Development, LLC to serve as asset manager and project consultant for the new Aqualea Resort & Residences/Hyatt Clearwater Beach Resort, a new luxurious multi-use facility including 268 resort condominium units.

Aqualea Resort is currently under construction and will be located in the heart of the new Beach Walk Promenade on world famous Clearwater Beach. The resort will be comprised of 250 condominium hotel units, 18 residential units, a spa, retail space, fitness center, resort restaurant, beach club and a public parking facility.
